We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dulanga Wydeman as the new Head of Legal at Roar Global. With an illustrious career spanning over 23 years, Ms. Wydeman brings a wealth of legal expertise to our organization. Her arrival comes at a pivotal moment for Roar Global as we embark on an exciting phase of expansion into international markets and diversification of our business portfolio.
Ms. Wydeman has a strong background in corporate and regulatory law, which she has cultivated through her tenure as Group Chief Legal Officer at Global Rubber Industries, General Manager of Legal and Corporate Secretarial Services at Hemas Holdings, and Head of Legal at Lion Brewery (Ceylon). Her leadership roles in these organisations have equipped her with a strategic vision and tactical acumen that will undoubtedly enrich our legal department.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from the University of Kelaniya and a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Colombo, in Sri Lanka.
As Head of Legal, Ms. Wydeman will spearhead all legal affairs within Roar Global, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and safeguarding the integrity of our operations. We are confident that her unparalleled expertise will strengthen our legal and administrative functions and contribute to our continued success.
