Since its inception, UberEats has helped empower a new wave of businesses and entrepreneurs across the island. In 2020, UberEats was celebrating its 2nd anniversary in Sri Lanka, and the client's brief to us was simple: going beyond convenience, showcase the impact that UberEats has had on its people and communities. Here's how we did it.
We decided to crack the brief using the format best known to us - storytelling. We dived deep into the very communities where UberEats has had its strongest impact, and spoke to different stakeholders within their ecosystem, such as restaurant and delivery partners alike, to both understand and communicate firsthand the personal impact UberEats has had on businesses and livelihoods.
