Roar Studios is on the lookout for an Account Manager - Content Projects to join our team and manage a diverse portfolio of clients and creative campaigns. If you think you fit the bill, reach out to us and we’ll start a conversation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, taking ownership of creative campaigns for both Roar Media and client marketing requirements
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, and work closely with sales and creative teams to develop pitches and proposals for potential campaigns
• Work closely with the creative and video production teams, developing effective strategies for project execution as well as for winning campaigns
• Liaise with in-house and freelance teams to meet tight deadlines and ensure a high level of quality and creativity in all content that is produced
• Travel (outside Colombo) for video production (location visits, shoots, etc) and meet regularly with clients
• Attend weekly team meetings and maintain a stringent reporting and updating process, both internally and externally
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, journalism, or public relations, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is a plus
• Degree not required, but sound knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and new media is a huge advantage
• Creative and original thinker; must be able to work with creative teams to produce outstanding concepts for campaigns
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance the demands of multiple projects
• Detail-oriented and committed to excellence
